Her best-known work is her parts in George Lopez (2002 - 2007) and Marcela Quitanilla (mother Selena) in Selena (1997). She was Regina Vasquez's character from the ABC Family/Freeform drama series Switched at Birth (2011-17). She is currently in Camila Diaz, the lead character in the Amazon Prime Video drama series Undone (1999). Marie began her acting career when she was in her teenage years. In 1988, she got the role of Salsa. Other television and film credits include Early Edition, Dirty Dancing, Selena, Spin City, and Ally McBeal. Marie was selected for the role as Angie Lopez in ABC's comedy series George Lopez. Marie was a star in 2001's comedy-drama Tortilla Soup, alongside Jacqueline Obradors and Hector Elizondo. Marie also appeared on PBS drama American Family. In the month of October, 2007, she introduced her own clothing linecalled "The Constance Marie Collection". 2.
