Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.) She was regarded as the best athlete in sport. Being an U.S. female gymnast, Biles was one of the few to win four gold medals at the same Games at the 2016 Olympics. Biles is also the first to hold three world championships in succession. Biles was born in Spring Texas. Her grandparents Ronald Biles (and her sister Adria) adopted them. The Biles family grew up in Houston's metropolitan area. Simone's love for gymnastics first began at the age of six, during a trip with her group of daycare children to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained with Aimee Borman as coach until 2011. Biles was awarded the gold and bronze medals in the women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 in floor and vault before making her debut in 2011 at the top category of gymnastics competition. Within two years she had been the best in this particular discipline. Biles's consistent, exuberant character and her high level of difficulty in her four events -- vault uneven bars balance beam floor exercise as well as floor exercise -- made her above the others.
